Return and Refund Policy

GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Return and Refund Policy establishes the procedure for returning and exchanging goods and for refunding payments for goods purchased through https://euroasiamedical.com.ua.
1.2. The Seller is:

1.3. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1243 dated 01.11.2024 “On Approval of the List of Goods Not Subject to Exchange (Return)”.
RETURN PERIOD
2.1. The Buyer has the right to contact the Seller regarding the return or exchange of goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless a different period is established by Ukrainian law.
2.2. Returns of goods of proper quality are carried out in accordance with Ukrainian law and subject to the statutory requirements concerning the condition of the goods.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
3.1. Goods of proper quality may be returned or exchanged provided that:
the goods have not been used;
their original appearance has been preserved;
their consumer properties have been preserved;
the original packaging, labels and complete set have been preserved where applicable;
the goods have no signs of use, damage or contamination;
proof of purchase or other confirmation of purchase is available.
3.2. If Ukrainian law establishes specific conditions or restrictions for returning a particular product, such legal requirements shall apply.
GOODS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
4.1. Goods of proper quality included in the list of goods not subject to exchange or return approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1243 dated 01.11.2024 shall not be subject to exchange or return in the cases and under the conditions established by Ukrainian law.
4.2. Such goods include, in particular, medicinal products and other goods expressly included in the applicable list.
4.3. Personal hygiene products for which Ukrainian law establishes restrictions on return after opening the packaging or use shall not be returnable in the relevant cases.
4.4. Nostril Retainers, if subject to restrictions on returns under the legislation of Ukraine, may be returned only in the cases and under the conditions provided by the legislation of Ukraine. If the return of such a product is permitted, the packaging must not have been opened, the product must not have been used, and its marketable condition and consumer properties must be preserved, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
4.5. After opening the packaging or using a product whose return is restricted by law for hygiene reasons, the product cannot be returned in the cases provided by Ukrainian law.
4.6. Other goods included in the list of goods not subject to exchange or return applicable at the time of the return shall not be returned or exchanged in the cases provided by Ukrainian law.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
5.1. If the Buyer receives defective goods, goods with a manufacturing defect, or goods that do not correspond to the order, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to resolve the matter in accordance with Ukrainian law.
5.2. For the purpose of reviewing the request, the Seller may ask the Buyer to provide photographs of the goods, packaging, label, defect or other materials necessary to establish the circumstances.
5.3. If the goods were damaged during transportation, the Buyer is advised, where possible, to document the damage to the packaging and goods upon receipt and contact the relevant delivery service.
5.4. If a manufacturing defect, non-conformity with the order or other liability of the Seller is confirmed, replacement of the goods, remedy of defects or refund shall be handled in accordance with Ukrainian law.
RETURN PROCEDURE
6.1. To initiate a return or exchange, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email:
euroasiamedical.ua@gmail.com
6.2. The request should preferably include:
order number;
product name;
reason for return or exchange;
Buyer’s first and last name;
contact telephone number.
6.3. After receiving the request, the Seller will inform the Buyer about the further return procedure.
6.4. Goods should be sent back after the return procedure has been agreed with the Seller.
6.5. After receiving the returned goods, the Seller checks their condition and compliance with the return requirements.
REFUND OF FUNDS
7.1. In the event of a lawful and agreed return of the goods, the funds shall be refunded to the Buyer within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of approval of the return or receipt of the goods by the Seller, unless otherwise provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. In the case of payment by bank card through the Portmone payment service, the refund shall be made to the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise provided by law or the rules of the relevant payment service.
7.3. The actual time required for the funds to be credited to the Buyer’s bank account or card may depend on the issuing bank, payment system, or other financial institution and may be additional to the period specified in Clause 7.1.
7.4. In the case of payment by another method, the funds shall be refunded using a method agreed with the Buyer and permitted by the legislation of Ukraine, within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days, unless otherwise provided by the applicable legislation of Ukraine.
RETURN DELIVERY COSTS
8.1. In the case of returning goods of proper quality, the cost of return delivery may be borne by the Buyer in accordance with Ukrainian law.
8.2. If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect, non-conformity with the order or an error by the Seller, the issue of return delivery costs shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
9.1. Goods are exchanged in the cases and according to the procedure established by applicable Ukrainian law.
9.2. If the required replacement product is not available, the Buyer may be offered other options provided by Ukrainian law, including a refund.
